Platform Update

1. Added "Service Platform":

Service Platform is a whoe new platform within Engagebay. This is a ticketing system that is designed for handling customer related issue. It provides a system where you can get re-assign case and set a ticket status. This platform provides a system to properly assign the case to the expert or department handling the case. The case progress can also be monitored for the management to oversee the resolution of cases and formulate better processes in case handling to improve customer experience.
